What is FAPLAN?
It is a Smart Business platform that centralises company management: operations, jobs, documents, costs, people and automation, with AI as one more part.
Do I need AI to use the system?
No. All management functions work without AI. Artificial intelligence is an optional helper on the data you already use.
Can I import my data?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, invoices and accounting data import from Excel and CSV.
Can I use several companies?
Yes. Each company has its own database, its users and its files, separated by design.
Can I give access to my accountant?
Yes. You create a user with permissions limited to the accountant section and accounting exports.
Can I manage technicians and jobs?
Yes. It is one of the main areas: work reports, hours, travel, costs and margin per job.
How do DS Credits work?
Normal functions do not consume them. Only AI operations may, and consumption depends on each operation.
Are my data separated from other companies' data?
Yes. Each company has its own database. It is not a setting: it is how the product is built.
